DRIVE, Inc possesses a vast network within the manufacturing industry.  Although we would never poach talent from our clients and partners, we do offer talent acquisition services at a 25% fee (first year total compensation).  This includes screening utilizing psychometric testing and an OpEx exam for Continuous Improvement professionals (for more information, see tab to the right).


DRIVE, Inc can certify your people in various tools and methodologies.  This is a hands-on certification within your process, that allows an individual to lead confidently after three sessions within that particular discipline.  For more information, see certification tab to the right.
